Partner and co-founder of Arc Paris Avocats, Nicolas Riquelme handles the Tax practice.

After starting his career at CMS Francis Lefebvre, Nicolas worked for ten years in the law firm Lacourte Balas, renamed Lacourte Raquin Tatar (appointed as Counsel in 2017).

Nicolas advises clients on all the tax aspects related to complex transactions. In particular, he advises numerous real estate investment and property development companies in their projects as well as managers / founders in the preparation of the transfer of their companies.

Nicolas has also developed a sharp practice in complex tax litigation, assisting clients in pre-litigation negotiations as well as before the relevant courts.

Nicolas is a graduate of the University of Montpellier (DJCE / master's degree in Business Law and Taxation) and holds a Tax Law academic certificate. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Nicolas teaches numerous training courses in the field of taxation, notably within the DJCE of the University of Montpellier.
