Partner and co-founder of Arc Paris Avocats, Benoît Salles handles the Tax practice.

After starting his career in the international law firm Denton Wilde Sapte, Benoît joined the Corporate Tax department at Taj, a law firm within the network of Deloitte specialized in international tax and legal strategy. In 2013, he joined the firm Lacourte Raquin Tatar, formerly called Lacourte Ballas.

Benoît has developed a sharp expertise on the tax aspects related to corporate transactions and restructuring, including tax due diligence and tax structuring. He also assists the clients in defining their international tax strategy. Finally, he advises many foreign investors, notably on their complex real estate transactions in France.

Benoît is a graduate of the University of Montpellier (DJCE / Master degree in Business Law and Taxation). He is fluent in English.

Benoît teaches numerous training courses in the field of taxation, particularly with professionals of the real estate sector.
